For more than 120 years WALZEN IRLE has been active in the production of calender rolls for the paper, rubber and plastics industry. WALZEN IRLE develops and produces oil and water heated as well as cooled thermoroll systems. Starting with sophisticated design, through the use of the most modern materials for castings as well as the completion by extensive heat treatment facilities, i-hardening, hot grinding, finishing and superfinishing - rolls from WALZEN IRLE satisfy the highest expectations.
Besides our know-how regarding roll technologies and roll manufacturing, WALZEN IRLE also offers a wide range of products regarding roll service, roll repairs and modernizations.
