Show Review ICE Europe 2015

ICE Europe 2013

The 9th ICE Europe, which was held from 10-12 March 2015, attracted a total of 7,040 visitors from 71 countries and 439 exhibitors from 26 countries to the Munich Trade Fair Centre – with a visitor increase of 7% and an exhibitor as well as exhibition space increase of 10% compared to the previous event in 2013.

The focus of last year’s show was on topics such as flexible manufacturing processes, cost efficiency and the converting of eco-friendly materials and, of course, on the expansion of international business relations. Furthermore, there were many live demonstrations taking place on the net exhibition space of 11,000 m² with an impressive choice of machines, systems and accessories.

Both exhibitors and visitors were highly satisfied with the exhibition and look forward to the next event.

ICE Europe 2017 takes place from 21-23 March 2017 at the Munich Trade Fair Centre, Germany.

Exhibitor Feedback

The biennial ICE Europe event is well located and well supported with the right profile of visitors from the converting industry for our business – from Europe and beyond. In short, an important fixture on our exhibition calendar. Atlas Converting Equipment, Roger Astell, Senior Manager Communication

There has been an increase in the show’s internationality and, nowadays, ICE Europe is the most important event within Europe for us as a coating machine manufacturer. Bobst, Detlef Merklinger, Head of Production Line Coating

ICE is a very targeted, industry specific show – everyone is in the converting industry as either supplier or user, so you can talk technicalities rather than generalities. Durham-Duplex, Carl Foster, International Sales Director

Our success at the show was beyond my expectations. We found the applications a good fit with our technology, and the quality of the conversations was exceptional. Flexo Concepts, Kevin McLaughlin, President

ICE is very important for us to analyse whether our portfolio contains the right products and to discuss future-oriented solutions together with our customers. For this reason, we have always been a part of this show and will continue to be so in the future. GOEBEL Schneid- und Wickelsysteme GmbH, Harald Knechtel, Sales Director

We are more than satisfied with how this year’s ICE went. The feedback we received on BST eltromat’s customer-oriented solutions was noticeably above the outstanding level of the previous editions. BST eltromat, Kristian Jünke, Managing Director

First and foremost, we meet new clients here – we thrive on winning new projects and contacts. That’s why ICE is one of the most important shows for us. KBA-MetalPrint GmbH, Dietmar Decker, Director Energy & Air Purification Systems

For my specific sector it is surely the most important show at the moment. At other exhibitions we don’t get that much attention. Adolf Müller GmbH & Co. KG, Klaus Kampf, General Manager
