Review ICE Europe 2007
With a record number of 4,200 highly specialised trade visitors from all over the world, the 5th International Converting Exhibition (27-29 March 2007) further established itself as Europe’s leading trade show for the converting industry.
270 exhibitors from 20 countries showcased a comprehensive range of machinery, materials and services for paper, film and foil converting on a net exhibition area of 6,000 m² across 4 halls of the M,O,C, exhibition centre in Munich.
46% of the exhibitors and 38% of the visitors to ICE Europe 2007 came from outside Germany, with increases in visitor numbers from Western, Southern and Eastern Europe as well as Asia Pacific. Indicative of the positive visitor response was an unprecedented 49% higher attendance on the final day of the show compared to the previous event.
Exhibitors judged the exhibition to be highly successful both in terms of sales as well as readiness to invest and many companies have confirmed their participation at the coming event which will take place from 24-26 November 2009, again at the M,O,C, in Munich.
